Great social hostel. I enjoy my personal space but also like to hang out with others now and then, so I got a private room and still paid less than $150 for 7 days. Friendly staff and decently clean. This is a good value for the money.

So I've never stayed in a hostel before, however, the location, price, and friendliness of the staff are great.

The accommodations are basic but it's everything you need especially since he probably won't be spending much time in your room. The hostel has occupancy for about 100 people and you will meet plenty of people to hang out with and make new friends. Every night there's something going on, most commonly people head over to Happy Buddah hostel to socialize with people there because they have a bar.

The rooms are comfortable and they have all the basic necessities. I stayed in a private room so this review is with respect to that. The shared bathrooms are the comparable the ones in the private rooms.

I'm not sure what it is but this place is very popular among Germans, Aussies, and Kiwis. I met people here from Hong Kong and the United States as well. It's a good diverse group.

The building is a red brick building with a white gate at the entrance. Right next door is another "artsy" hostel that looks the same but with a different name. It's not labeled so it might be confusing to find, which is why I added a description here.

When you use Uber, they tend to pick you up about three buildings down the road for some reason... Make sure you drop the pin on your location correctly so that this can get fixed permanently for all users.

If you walk out of the building and take a left and another left you will find a restaurant on the street that open very late... They serve fresh juice drinks which I highly recommend.

Great hostel. Amazing atmosphere and staff. Stayed for nine days, booked for three and I'm going back in a few days. Best hotel I've seen in medellin.

Stayed here in Apr 2016.

Had such a good time I stayed a second time during my trip.

The location is near a train station and a grocery store. They are both about a 5 min walk. The kitchen has enough stuff to cook a good meal. Shares fridge.

The location is in a residential area. There isn't a view or anything but there are about 4 different spots to chill at. Upper level, lower level, out front... just grab a beer and meet your fellow travelers.

Fantastic hostel! Really helpful staff. Lots of room options. Great kitchen. Lots of places to chill and relax plus quiet hours at night so you'll sleep well. A perfect place to stay in Medellin!
