This is an incredibly nice sports complex- truly a huge benefit to the people of Medellin. As a tourist, there isn't so much to actually do here.

Expansive, & very complete stadium & sports center. Very difficult to communicate with the administration, however.

As a UNit , it offers a lot of different options on sports and recreation. You can see people jogging in and out of the track, coliseums for basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, combat (martial arts), gymnastics, gym, open air gym, soccer and so on.
If there's a soccer game at the stadium, is usual that some of the coliseums are closed due to security reasons (hooligans, or how they're called here barras bravas), so, some activities are called off on the coliseums.
