The best hostel in the world stayed 3 weeks great staff two pools one on the roof next to the bar excellent chief free pool table alot of toilets very safe, even the dorm beds have fully enclosed curtains, one thing that put a smudge on the experience got my food stolen from the communal fridge and water stolen from near my bed obviously other travellers who didn't give a F. because they were leaving the hostel

Entertainment/party hostel. Probably not the hostel for a rough, old school backpacker. Nice for a stay to chill and sit in the pool. 50% more expensive in comparison to others around and no breakfast.
Location: Good location close to everything in Santa Marta. Bus from the airport stops right in front.
Hostel: Great rooms, beds and hostel in general. Nice bathrooms with plenty of space. two pools which are both very small and too hot, cool cine room, etc. Kitchen is a mess, poorly equipment.
Service: Clean except for the very poor and dirty kitchen. Baggage storage is COP5000. First time I've seen storage which isn't free. Breakfast ist additional COP8000, Not worth it considering you can get great one on the street. Live music on many nights. Quite good bands.
Staff is mostly English speaking, also most french. Not the fastest and took ages until my request was understood and wrong actions corrected. Really friendly people and great agency next to the reception.

English speaking staff, good service, clean rooms, great location. Book in advance because they are fully booked everyday (especially for weekends). Great patios, nice internals, rooms concepts are cool. We stayed in Shakira room (twin beds) and it was very comfortable.

One the best hostel I ever stayed in!
Way better than the Bogota one. 2 pools, very cozy ! The terasse is awesome with good drinks! The kitchen is very big and has everything you need to cook anything.
Service perfect and staff super friendly.
There is a tour company at the entrance that is pretty helpful and friendly too, they speak french, english and spanish.
Rooms are clean and bathroom too.
Dorm rooms are pretty tiny for 6/12 people including their backpacks but each bed has there plugs which is pretty unique.
