the VIP is awesome! all the rooms are clean, you can order your tickets on line for easy access, great location and parking space

I had a problem with my tickets as I made a mistake with the show hour, they fixed it fast a efficiently

Decent cinema, VIP is kind of lame, if you seat in the last row you won't enjoy your 3D movie due to the reflection of the lights in your 3D glasses.

Inside a great open mall. For me the best cinema of Costa Rica (Nova One). Good food options. The only drawback is that parking might be an issue sometimes, but this is not an issue of the cinema itself but the mall

Weird layout, apparently the ticket counter was removed which doesn't help when there is no lobby nor anyone assisting older folks or people not used to using the ticketing machines
