If you don't want free WiFi, are ok we blood on your sheets, having to pay for a shuttle, customer service that doesn't care and upcharges then this is the place for you. The casino is more like a room with some slots and few tables. The rest of Costa Rica was awesome till we stayed here. Thought Hilton's were supposed to be great.

Very nice and clean hotel. Lots of stuff in walking distance. Staff was not very helpful when asked about local places to visit. Don't go to the market like they say. Most locals don't even go. Try the theater.

Great hotel. Super staff. Amazing pool area .super food. Great location. Very comfortable beds. Just twenty minutes from the airport. One question, why no fridge in the room?

The hotel itself is nice. All floors are handicapped accessible. The property has no elevators. The room itself was a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. The rooms were very large; but in my opinion could have been better distributed. The main bathroom was stuffy and smelled of moisture/dampness.

I stayed in four hotels while visiting Costa Rica (including one next door) and would book this one again in a heartbeat. We arrived on the red eye and the let us check in early for a small fee and offered us breakfast for another small fee. We lugged our bags over to our two bedroom suite and enjoyed the best breakfast of the three we had there. The staff in the morning seems to prefer patrons that speak Spanish. We ended up making my husband and son do all of the ordering when we caught on! The room was clean and they rolled a refrigerator in that held the food we purchased at the neighboring grocery store. Enjoyed some snacks/beer at the executive lounge the first night and a more formal party the second. Both a great addition for gold or higher members. Ate at the restaurant one night and the bar the second night. Food was affordable & learned to drink the Imperial beer quickly as Import taxes must be a beast in Costa Rica. We did eat at a nearby restaurant for lunch and enjoyed it also. Nice staff minus the transportation desk. Easy to lounge around the pool or hot tub and meet other guests. We didn't use the Casino so I can't say much on that. The gift shops seem to have the same stuff as the airport gift shops.
