After spending ten days on beans and rice in the rainforest,Hard Rock’s burgers were the best I have ever tasted. The people that worked there were really nice.

Attentive bartender.
Kitchen is lacking:
"Rare" steak was medium-well, macaroni and cheese was neither macaroni nor did it have cheese on it.
Edit: went back and the bartender talked me into ordering the mac and cheese entre (I had previously had it as a side dish) and while they're still not using actual macaroni noodles, there was cheese on it and it was pretty good.

It was a Hard Rock! Food was good, drinks okay and served with a smile. A bit expensive compared to some other chains in the area. Wanted to grab a souvenir pin but the starting price of $20 kept me from doing so.

A Hard Rock is a Hard Rock, that's kinda the point. If you're in SJ and looking for the experience you've come to expect from Hard Rock, you won't be disappointed. It delivers.
