Excellent place to have a wonderful time with friends! Really nice staff and the artesanal beer that taste like apples is really good if you are not a fan of beer! Try the drink(no remember the name) that has coconut cream and Ron it's like taste heaven!

EXCELLENT beer and food in a really neat german-style corner bar. Lots of room and communal tables and the staff is eager to explain each beer. Try their signature house Red Ale, it's really got a lot going for it and the food choices are trendy and you wouldn't bat an eye if this place was in Brooklyn or San Francisco.
That being said, you are going to pay for the hipness; prices are quite high compared to everywhere else in Costa Rica. The menu, while gorgeously laid out and photographed, seems to put art above usability and it's kind of hard to figure out all of their offerings so you might have to read through it a few times.
Otherwise it's a nice place to grab a drink or a full meal and really, try that Red Ale. It's really good.
