Shady. Although the representatives working the desk when I picked up and dropped off seemed very nice, they are not fluent in English. I was led to believe that my insurance was changed to a lower amount saving me money. They had actually conned me into increasing my insurance and left on the insurance that I did not need since it was covered by my credit card. I called and spoke to Marcella after realizing what had happened. She refused to work with me regarding the misunderstanding. Try to avoid this location if you can or bring a translator.

Gunther took our reservation for $35/day for a Yaris. But the day we arrived he said he was sold out of the $35 Yaris and only had the $90/day Yaris. It was the same car, just at extorsion rates. He just laughed and wished us good luck finding a car last minute.
