Easily a five star hospital that is essentially a hospital with the best Dra's & Dre's in their profession; an also, an administration that helps US VETERANS with billing an extra issues / cosas.

Excellent hospital, awesome nurses, and my cardiologist, Dr Vanegas, is the best. I have always received the absolute best care at Cima. They even made sure my husband had a clean bed/linens when he stayed in my room with me. Fantastic!

I was a patient at CIMA Dec. 30 through January 5, 2017. I was cared for by three excellent doctors, who correctly diagnosed my medical problem and cared for me so well while I waited to return home for further medical care. The experience my husband (who stayed in my room the entire time) and I had was EXCELLENT! Upon returning to our home in Arizona, the doctor who received the forwarded medical test results and paperwork from CIMA was very impressed with the care I received while at CIMA. He said the tests conducted by the doctors there were exactly what he would have done! I have had surgery and am recovering nicely after a very serious medical incident. I feel very fortunate that Costa Rica has such an excellent hospital and care takers. If I had to have a medical incident like I experienced anywhere, I'm so glad it was in Costa Rica! Great job, CIMA!!!!

I was very nervous about the procedure especially being performed in a foreign country. My fears soon vanished when, at the airport I was met by an English speaking representative of CIMA hospital. She was with me through every procedure, checking process and even during the surgery. But it was perhaps the post surgery care that was most impressive.
I was treated like a celebrity. I recommend CIMA Hospital without reservation. It was a wonderful experience. All staff was considerate, courteous and even though there was a language barrier, they all tried to understand and attend to my needs.
Angela Lara was especially helpful, like having a personal representative in Costa Rica. Nurse Isabella was very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Ariel Rivera was kind and answered my every question.
