Great hotel. Excellent garden, great rooms, great pool/gym, very friendly helpful staff (fluent in English) and a restaurant that is great value for money. Only negatives would be the construction noise coming from next door takes away from the beauty of the garden and the rooms don't have ac. Overall I would definitely stay again or recommend.

Lovely gardens--10 acres?--with paths that wind between trees and benches and sculptures, through arches, by gazebos. All sorts of beautiful plants, and birds galore. Bring your camera and binoculars.
Garden-front rooms are more expensive but worth it--sit on your balcony and watch the day arrive or the moonshine play its magic in the trees.
We were busy and did not try the pool or workout room, but we can recommend the breakfast buffet highly. Firm, nice mattress, clean room with a ceiling fan as well as AC, charging ports, large bath.
The front desk crew was helpful, the business center handy, and book swap corner a surprise and delight.
Quite an extensive collection of geodes and rocks artfully displayed is another highlight, as is the large map of CR on the front porch.
