Nice and very clean rooms with a love to detail's. Very good prices actually! No parking space for a car and it was a bit loud at the morning because the breakfast place was next to the rooms! Breakfast was excellent!

Hard bed, small room - we couldn't fit our suitcases in the room AND open the bathroom door easily. Its in a dodgy area but safe enough just not pleasant. Like a London 1970's bedsit. Grim but cheap.

Budget hotel. Fresh painted rooms and updated small bathrooms. Room service consists of a fresh towels and made bed with fresh linen. Manager & staff attentive.
Pros: Good value, 15 min walk to bus/taxi area or Mercado Central. Surrounding services and products cheaper than beach area. Included in my stay was a two egg breakfast, toast, and small bowl of delicious fruit.
Cons: The outside city noises came thru my 2nd story room that was facing the street so I will bring earplugs next time. You are in urban San Jose. when you take a walk, expect to go thru urban, gritty, & congested areas.

Simply great. Best value for money, good room with balcony/terrace, Included breakfast was nice - all freshly prepared.
