Profesional and friendly trainers. Lots of routines, exercises and activities to do under trainer's guidance. Outdoors excursions to parks.

Great gym, great routines, never the same thing twice. Alright parking space, sometimes there is nowhere to park, the monthly subscription can be up there with this the more higher price gyms starting at 30 thousand colones or about 60 USD a month.

Installations are quite basic. There are three dome shaped areas where people exercise in multiple ways (one of the domes was brought down by the wind at the start of 2017, and it is being rebuilt), there is a 20 m heated pool and a spacious parking place. I think they can take better care of both the installation and the staff.
