Beautiful hotel with a reserve on their own land, with a big Scarlett macaw protect program. Beautiful macaws always flying around. Stuff are all very nice. Food is good. There is one thing they can improve is to make there service more professional. But I don’t think it’s a big problem. Here in a small town. They have done their best. You can ask any request, they are trying to help.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, I'm so glad we stayed here. The staff went out of their way to be extra nice, even going so far as packing a little bag from the restaurant with some goodies for the road after we were already checked out. Great location and very nice (if a little unconventional) room.

Very nice hotel but questionable restaurant. Food is not sophisticated and interesting compared to the high-level of the hotel

Wonderful Costa Rican food, hotel amenities, and location. Staff fell all over themselves to be helpful and arrange activities for us. (Whoever gave this place only one star wasn't there)
