Nice place to stay right on the beach ,front desk girl in the day is great not so with the evening guy little strange, asked for a hot plate took all afternoon and some till about 5 pm asked again they finally got it no TV's in the room maybe that is a good thing, except when it rains all afternoon and you don't have anything to do. Rooms are very clean,pool area is nice, only problem is if you like it dark at night forget it no darkeners and the lights are very bright, still would recommend it

Three stars only due to its great location right on the beach and lovely pool area. No coffee in the rooms. $2 per cup from the lobby of not very good coffee. Bring or buy your own coffee for use with the 4 cup coffee pot in the room. Front desk staff seems indifferent. No Kleenex, phone, luggage rack, or desk in the room. So close to the beach we found a crab in our room.

The staff is the only problem in this cute hotel. At the reception people look bored all the time and are very stingy with info or general help. We had part of the staff chatting outside our door every day and we had specifically asked for privacy because we had work to do. No smoking area for those who smoke, so we had to walk out in the street under the rain every time whereas in all the other hotels we found covered smoking areas available. Prices at the local restaurant ridiculously high.

I have been visiting this hotel for a few years, last experience was terrible as there was a duplication on the room charge, 4 months later still no refund, I wish management cares about this issues and took the time to contact me. If you want to stay there, the location and access to the beach is good considering most hotels in the area required walking or driving being a mountain area. Be careful with your statement though.
