Not as "by the beach" as you would expect. You need to hike through non flipflop friendly jungle to get to the beach (which floods during high tide).
Big, clean, and beautiful rooms. Very good but expensive food. Had daily issues with magnetic key cards.

Hotel is beautiful and nice view yet the restaurant is very slow . We ordered a pizza . It came after 70 minutes

This has been the best stay of my entire vacation! The staff was so wonderful and nice. We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying a second night because our accommodations were so great. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and we even had a view of a sloth hanging in the trees off of the balcony. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. I would definitely suggest this place, only sorry we didn't have more time.
