Decent gym, well-maintained. Tasty post-workout smoothies. Would have liked the AC to be on - it got hot during the day.

Great to have a gym like this in a small place like Manuel Antonio. They have a good range of equipment: a selection of high-quality cardio and weight machines and a good set of free weights, including bars and a rack (so I can do deadlifts and squats, which I never expect to be able to do on holiday). The staff are friendly and helpful and they are welcoming of tourists who are just visiting for a few days. It's in a good central location in Manuel Antonio - when I was there I often took a change of clothes with me, showered and changed in the gym and then went for dinner in the centre before walking back to my hotel. A great gym - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
