Service was good and the food was ok. I ordered the rice and seafood dish which shellfish. The problem started when I started to eat. Some of the shells had broken into smaller pieces during cooking and bit into a piece of shell. I had to spit the food out into a napkin and looked for broken shells. I found 4 small pieces of shell mixed in. Would not go back or if you avoid the rice and seafood dish.

Probably the worst service of anywhere I've been in Latin America. Arrived at 8:40pm with 8 people, after being earlier told they close at 10pm, to be treated with extreme disregard by the manager. After being rudely told to hurry up the order because they were closing early, I asked whether they were interested in the money we were spending. After the manager made it clear they were not, another staff member aggressively questioned me what my problem was. I simply asked "where is the pura vida" and left the restaurant... because clearly the 'pura vida' does is not there. Don't spend your money where ungrateful, entitled douche bags preside. There are plenty of other places where the Costa Rican 'Pura Vida' still survives.
