About 99% sure that THEY STOLE both my and my boyfriend's CREDIT CARD information. They swiped my card to charge us for the car but it was denied because I didn't call my bank before entering Costa Rica. Then my boyfriend swiped his card and it went through. Both of our cards after those transactions had fraudulent charges. It was the only place we used our cards while in Costa Rica. DON'T USE THEM. THEY ARE THIEFS.

I had a wonderfull experience renting with Solid Rent A Car I would completely recommend this rent a car in comparation of other rent a cars that only want to take your money in any way.

Van arrived at SJO five minutes after walking out of the airport. Friendly driver and staff. Very patient and even allowed me to add insurance after initially declining. They happily went through a second process to correct the amount to add the insurance. Car worked great. Only issue was a stero that had issues with the aux cord a couple lf times randomly.
Would definitely recommend Solid and would rent from them again. No hidden fees and the best price by far in San Jose area.
