Un lugar económico, seguro y con muchos descuentos antes de las 6 AM. La comida es de buena calidad y abundante. Además hay una limpieza adecuada.

This place is a pig sty! Wifi barely operates, hot water nonexistent. Furnishings appear to be used in a bar room brawl. "Restaurant" is little more than a grill with bar attached. Find another place

I had booked and paid for this hotel for 14 days with jet blue. I decided to go to Jaco for one week so I told them-they require 24 hours notice to cancel a reservation so I told them on July 17th (48 hours in advance) I would be leaving on July 19 and would be back on July 26th so I wanted a credit for the 7 days. They informed me I had to go thru jet Blue. When I called Jet Blue they told me to Have the hotel send them a message for the 7 days I was gone. The hotel manager Frank Ortiz refused to do this. Venezuela people now own the hotel so I don't know if they plan to operate the way they do in their country. I have stayed at the Morazan hotel on at least 15 trips but never again if this is the way they will be treating good customers.
