Very nice service as they have great staff and rooms were clean, however there were some simple things missing. Such as an ice machine and mini bar. Breakfast was good. Lunch buffet was ok. There's not much variety.

Great choice for staying in San Jose. Clean, great staff and nice beer. The only issue was the Internet. It wouldn't work in my room.

Careful reserving upgraded rooms, they put me in a standard room and then moved me to a slightly upgraded room after I complained (but still not what I paid for). All around ok, the wall are thin and the beds are awful but the rooms are comfortable enough. Restaurant/bar is pretty good and breakfast is great.
