Nice view of the entire City. Very green place. Also they serve all traditional Costa Rican food. So really good.

Great food, music, service...be careful traveling the STEEP mountainside if it's raining.

YES! I'm not entirely sure what the 3 star reviews are about.....I will tell you how we saw it:
1. Incredible setting - where can you get that view of San Jose? Few restaurants in the world offer a setting like this. And RUSTIC, not just some 5-star lodge.
2. Incredible food - Don Roberto was right there in the kitchen and as a group we walked right in where they were cooking and served ourselves. ENDLESS options, not sure if that's just for groups, or public. Either way, mouthwatering everything.
3. Total blast - I saw someone saying "looks like it's mainly for groups." I guess, i can't speak to that. But we had 48 and our high school kids loved the dancing, etc. Yes it was basic, but we weren't there for "Dancing with the Stars". It was a cultural experience, that's it. Period.
After dinner and show they led our group to a private terrace overlooking City for a 30 minute dance party with a DJ - ever had that? Didn't think so. Service, ambiance, food, the works.
