Seems like a place stuck in the 80s, not in a good fashion. It's a neglected old commercial plaza with still useful stores

Interesting place. Not really for foreigners. Beware.. many many pick pockets and other scammers are targeting tourists in San Jose. Beautiful city but watch your back and don't travel alone
