We ordered volkswagen tiguan and got Suzuki Vitara.

The worst and most useless car rental company in Europe.
Firstly, they allowed us to try and pick up a car from an airport that was seasonally closed, then tried to tell us that they'd informed us that our pickup location had changed. They absolutely hadn't, they just didn't want to take responsibility.
After about $120 in taxi fares getting out to this closed airport and back to where we'd be dropped off in Rijeka, we find that the car itself was of poor quality, with various features not working.
Then, two days before we due to leave croatia, they inform us that we can't, in fact, drop the car off at the depot around the corner from our accommodation (which we'd booked specifically for this purpose) - essentially because the attendant didn't feel like working on a Saturday. Instead, we were to drop the car at the airport. I asked if they would grant us an extra half-day's rental for the (significant) inconvenience this would create. They said "no, this is your problem, you must pay for the extra day's rental".
But it worked out well in the end. These tw@ts were so lazy that none of the attendants were at work on time, and they didn't realise I'd had the car past COB on the Friday, meaning I got my half day of extra rental for free. So suck a d!ck Fleet, you dumbshits*ts!
In conclusion - avoid. They are sh!te.

A mafia- car rental, please do make photos before hiring a car here, they charged is "cleaning costs", over 200 euro's worth of "damage".
