Unpleasant, incompetent and lackadaisical staff really drive down the experience of staying here. Opening hours mean nothing, and they aren't interested in snagging repeat customers. But at least it's close to the beach.

Nice hotel, lovely rooms, staff is nice. Everything regarding food and drinks is VERY expensive. You need to pay for parking as a hotel guest. Approx 50€ for 10 days. Kindergarten for kids needs to be payed approx 15€ for 1 kid/h. Overal a nice place but more should be included in the price you pay - 2000€ for 10 days.

Spent 2 weeks here with children 7 and 9 . Check in was smooth and friendly. We stayed in family room 360 with balcony and sea view. This is a room on 3rd floor. From the balcony you are facing pine trees. Awesome. Room is in excellent condition - new and super clean. Lots of space to arrange your stuff. Well thought through and organized. Car parking in front of the hotel cost 7 EUR per day. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. Lots of vegetarian choice. Fruits and vegetables are available at any time. All tastes good. Friendly service. Internet is free. Quality is ok for browsing and voice calls. Kids are entertained by hotel personnel. All good. See photos.

A great place to stay with your family and kids and to have them entertained, unfortunately almost every fun out of the hotel is extra paid, pretty high prices. When travelling with a larger family (4+persons), get sure twice to book interconnected rooms - they do not have it on their mind automatically despite it's a family hotel. Do not ask for a sea view room - there's a pine wood surrounding the hotel 😀, just a balcony matters.
