Despite the bad reviews, I had very good experience. The staff was very friendly, both the guy and the girl at the counter. There was a small queue of clients, and the guy went out to quickly talk to each customer and sent some of them to the other office to speed it up. Yes, they require either a 1000 euro deposit on credit card or additional insurance, but I was ready for that. The guy who was handing out the car documented every tiny scratch just in case, I did not have to argue. He also put my destination into navigation system. On car return, also no complaints whatsoever.

Mauvaise expérience:
1/nous n’avons pas eu le véhicule payé à l’avance, mais une catégorie en dessous, en prétextant que c’était la même, catégorie.
2/À voulu nous faire repayer des assurances pour les franchises alors que n’ avions déjà pris le top.
3/Au retour, à voulu nous faire payé le plein alors qu’il en restait la moitié, (il nous avait pourtant dit que nous allons payer que la différence.)
Ensemble d’arnaqueur bien rôder au touriste dans un anglais approximatif qui les arranges bien.
Vérifier bien votre contrat.

Very unpleasant experience, booked in advance, but were forced to pay almost double the price than was confirmed due to upgrades on insurance we had to pick to avoid an insanely high deposit
