Izuzetno sam zadovoljna mojim novim cirkonskim navlakama koje mi doktorica Knego napravila prije tjedan dana. To je prirodno, transparentno i nakon što mi je doktorica napravila i gummy smile botoxom zaista se smijem sa zadovoljstvom. Dobivam komplimente za zube jer ljudi misle da su to moji prirodni zubi. Sve od rengena do tretmana botoxom i 28 navlaka napravila sam na jednom mjestu i u 10 dana. Hvala doktorici i cijelom njenom divnom timu.

Zadovoljan! Za implantate nema bolje klinike od Dental Estetic Studia. Bio sam potpuni bez zubi, a sada imam fiksne zube u obje čeljusti. Dobio sam certifikat koji mi je implantat rađen, operirao me dr. Ivasović koji je vrhunski kirurg, a doktorica Knego osobno radi svu protetiku i trudi se dok nije savršeno. Oni rade zajedno već 9 godina i vidi se da je cijeli tim klinike jako uhodan. stručan i izabran. Preporučam ih svatkome!

Dr. Knego je jedna predivna osoba, izuzetan stručnjak, kao i cijeli njezin tim. Prostor ordinacije je izuzetno lijepog interijera, dvorište je čisto i prepuno zelenila - sigurno jedno od najljepših u centru Zagreba. A slike mojih zubi tj. ljuskica i navlaka u ustima, mogu ih svakome poslati jer to je umjetnost!

Imao sam potrebu ostaviti komentar jer su me strašno revoltirale recenzije triju strankinja: ANOUK HELFT, CLARRISE P.M i MAE ADJEDJ koje su ostavila preružne lažne izjave, a nikada nisu bile u ordinaciji! U četvrtak predvečer došao sam kod dr. Knego da mi naprave otiske za nove udlage i zgrozio sam se jer je po dvorištu ispred ulaza ordinacije ležalo 20ak mladih stranaca (među njima i ove tri) koji su iznajmili apartmane u zgradi ispod ordinacije. Izuli su tenisice, poskidali čarape, majice, gaće i to sve pobacali po cijelom dvorištu. Nisu se nimalo trudili da se malo pomaknu da prođem do ulaza u ordinaciju. Boca i smeća je bilo posvuda, apartmani širom otvoreni i neuredni. I ostali pacijenti su komentirali njihov bezobrazluk i grozno ponašanje. Jedan čovjek je to i slikao. Dr. Knego ih je s prozora zamolila da maknu stvari jer je to zajedničko dvorište i poslovna zgrada te da ne smiju tako ležati po dvorištu. Nakon toga su još više radili nered, galamu, i vikali psovke. Da sam ja vlasnik klinike dobili bi kantu ledene vode po glavi, internacionalnu tužbu i tužbu protiv Google-a. Sramota za te mlade ljude i njihove roditelje! Pretužno da takvi bezobraznici i bez imalo poštovanja dolaze u našu zemlju, a k tome još ne daju našim ljudima da rade posao. Baš me zanima što bi bilo da mi nešto tako napravimo u njihovoj zemlji?! Tamo bi odmah išli u zatvor, a tu kod nas nikom ništa! Sramota i za Google da dopuštaju objavu takvih laži bez ikakvog pokrića!

Dr. Knego is a wonderful person and a true expert in her work, so is her whole team. The clinic is beautifully decorated, full of positive energy, and the courtyard is one of the most beautiful in Zagreb centre. The greatest of all is my new smile made by dr. Knego. I can send the photos to anyone because the veneers are work of art.

I had to write this review since I was shocked by comments from: ANOUK HELFT, CLARRISE P.M and MAE ADJEDJ. They should be ashamed! They wrote dirty lies about dr. Knego, not to mention that they have never been in the clinic! On Thursday evening I went to Dental Estetic Studio to make a model of my teeth for retainers and I was shocked by the scene - those girls and other 20 young tourists lying on the floor of the courtyard (they rented apartments below the clinic). Their shoes, dirty socks, underwear, bottles and trash were all over the place! The apartments were open and completely messy. They have demolished the yard, and not to mention the noise they were making. You can imagine the reaction of other patients. I heard them talking how rude these young people were, how they have no respect to our country or other people's work. Dr. Knego politely asked them to move their things because it is a business area, but they started shouting bad words. After all the mess they did, they posted lies. If it was my clinic, they would get ice water on their heads, international lawsuit and me suing Google. Those young people and their parents should be ashamed. I am so sad to see that such impolite and disrespectful people are coming to our country. I wonder what would happen if someone did the same in their country?! Probably jail immediately. Shame on them and shame on Google who approves writing such lies without any proof!

Nedopustivi propusti, između ostalog:

- ljuskice na dva zuba ne pokrivaju u potpunosti plohe izbrušenih zuba;
- kontakt s desnima nije lijepo postignut na nekoliko mjesta;
- jedna kruna dominantno visi u zraku, bez kontakta sa zubima donje čeljusti.

Numerous remarks on dental prosthetic work, both aesthetically and functionally.

Fundamental errors, among other:

- veneers on two teeth do not entirely cover the natural teeth after abrasion;
- contact points between treated teeth and gum have not been well achieved on several spots;
- one crown dominantly misplaced, without any contact to lower teeth.

The client altogether disappointed.

Detailed review (English only)

Overall look: I regret my treatment in this clinic as I am altogether disappointed with smile reconstruction made (upper jaw). The teeth now look unnatural; they do not follow the morphology of my natural teeth, i.e. their natural volume, shape, and color. Aesthetic restorations and technician: Despite I insisted on natural look, demanding minimum restoration (e.g. 0.3mm veneers), I got 5 crowns and 6 veneers with > 0.7mm. Apparently they were produced with IPS emax CAD high translucency, and all the “individualizations” were done using press technology (porcelain added on the digitally produced base). The problem is that that these “individualizations” do not look like my teeth at all!!! After the teeth preparation, temporally veneers and crown were produced. Unfortunately, the final smile design is not controlled at that first stage, as is the case in professional dental aesthetic centers. This means that you cannot start giving your input on the chosen shape and form of teeth. The first time you can give your feedback is when the technician produces your teeth, and this is often too late. Before commencement of restoration, the chief doctor has been praising her technician for his remarkable skill, outstanding talent and high precision. In the final work I do not see any. The doctor has returned the teeth he produced twice for modification. Yet not all the mistakes were corrected as expected / demanded. The crown on a back tooth (16 / upper jaw, right side, 6th tooth) looks like the tooth has grown in a wrong direction, with no contact to lower jaw tooth on its front. It does not fit at all the dental arc of the upper jaw. One front crown is too narrow so that there is no contact with other teeth. It looks unacceptable for any “high precision” work. As a rescue I demanded that some empress direct composite is added do that the empty space between is filled.

Other issues: I did not find it professional that they use VITA color’s key for IPS emax HT restorations. The color & texture difference between restored upper jaw and bleached lower jaw is still visible. Two small areas on my gum were eroded with some chemical during the lower jaw teeth bleaching with ZOOM. Two provisional teeth were not fixed properly so that they dropped in the middle of the meal. One final crown was fixed wrongly, so that the doctor needed to take it off the next day and fix it again. It was rather painful as the crown was initially fixed under wrong angle.

Prices: I have seen incomparably better work, and it is fully disappointing that I paid premium price for what I got (over CHF 5k). I do not recommend this place for patients, who appreciate natural look restorations and type of work dental artisans do. Overall, prices are overstated for what you get. Plus, be prepared to pay extra 5% on total cost if you pay by debit or credit card. This was communicated only once I was asked to pay 50% in advance. It is sad to me that more time was spend on issuing provisional bills / costs overview than on the color and shape of the tooth and expectations of me as a patient. The final result – truly unsatisfied patient.
