Nice place great people. The beverage manager and assistance hotel manager very helpful. Thanks to the dream team they made our stay memorable Ramon the gardener restaurant staff Melissa Andre Rigo Fernado Maggi Venia Aylin Christie Diasnelly Danny Alexandro and rest the of staff on every field.

Had a great time here. Rooms are clean, beach is beautiful and everything is in close proximity. Food is good too compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Cuba. Just watch out for the room selection, they have new rooms but they are around $100 extra per night, which is not made clear of the website.

Reception assistance terrible Hotel staff great
Sunwing is Amazing for Customer Service.
We arrived at the airport in Varadero Cuba on October 30th, 2017 went through security to discover that my friend lost his passport. The Sunwing representative immediately came to the rescue and entered each bus and asked everyone to check to make sure they had the right passport. Once at the Hotel Princesa Del Mar Paradisus the reception staff were unhelpful and would not check him in without a passport nor assist. The men at Hotel contacted the Sunwing rep Alberto that was sent to our hotel to clear things up, and get us checked in. The following day our Alberto our Sunwing rep met with my friend at the Police Station in Santa Marta and assisted with paper work and translation then sent him to the Canadian Consulate. At the Hotel Laura our Sunwing rep stayed in touch with Alberto to assure me that all was fine. Alberto from Sunwing arranged to have us picked up on Thursday and taken to the Canadian Embassy in Havana and returned us to our Hotel Safe and Sound. Amazing Service from Alberto and Laura our sunwing angels. The staff on the plane were also very pleasant. The Hotel staff were very engaging and accommodating., Our only complaint was the reception staff that were not pleasant, helpful or compassionate. The food at the hotel although they try hard was mediocre.
I will choose Sunwing over any other travel companies for their assistance compassion and pleasant demeanor they helped turn a bad situation into a very positive experience We cannot thank them enough. Sincerely Shauna from Ottawa

This is an all inclusive resort. The staff, service and amenities available are perfect, no complaints at all. Rooms are all air conditioned, you get plenty of free water bottles, and all the alcohol and alcohol free drinks you want. Food at the restaurants on site are also great, not the best, but good enough. Very close to the beach. Perfect for couples, as there are no kids here.

FANTASTIC resort! Was recently here for our honeymoon. Stayed 5 days & 4 nights and we do not have a bad thing to say about our stay. Well maintained and clean resort. Quiet & calm atmosphere - exactly what we were looking for. Received great service for our honeymoon and the food was awesome. While some of the portions are small in some of the restaurants, it did not bother us one bit as room service is always available as was the snack bar! Also, a personal thank you to Jorge for making our honeymoon extra-special with just the right amount of attention provided! We plan to come back to celebrate our anniversaries!!
