Excellent fitness centre in the heart of Limassol! I travel to Cyprus frequently and really enjoy what Kondylis has to offer! The facility is clean and well-maintained. The locker-rooms are great and have lockable storage that you do not have to pay for or bring your own lock to use.
The staff and trainers are always around to help you with workout tips, advice, and general motivation. It definitely helps when I'm trying to adjust my sets or come up with new ways to adjust my workouts. They have done a great job to make you feel like you are a part of their family.
I've only done one of the classes (Body Combat), but I was very impressed with the energy of the trainers and the people in the room. I would recommend getting there early as the classes are very popular with the gym members.

Have been member at Kondylis Fitness Center for many years now, and like most people have to say, we are being treated like a family rather than customers.
Personally I enjoy doing various Les Mills programs, like Body Pump, Body Combat, CX Worx etc. Especially after the very recent renovation/expansion, the gym has really brought fitness to the next level. As of today, renovations are still taking place, but the gym is fully functional.
I always highly recommend KFC to friends and relatives
