Nice environment, nice product's but most products are more expensive than other shops. Also, perhaps the worst after sales service I ever experienced. Even for a simple product return it's such a Slow moving Bureaucratic process.

It's been 3 months since i brought my phone for screen repair, i had insurance but still charged me and what’s worse? they still haven’t delivered it. If you are ever considering between buying an electronic from them DON’T…choose another electronics store with better customer service. These guys have made a new category for horrible service...zero customer care! It’s actually quite stunning!
