Took hire via Thomas Cook, first day had a puncture on the rear off side. On inspection the tyre was bald over 50% of the tyre. The other rear tyre was in a similar condition, and yes we have photos. Avoid this company like the plague because the supply illegal cars that will endanger your family. Customer service is nil, attitude of staff is appauling. Mark Davies and his staff should be ashaimed. Only redeeming feature here was the Thomas Cook staff who were exceptional, but I would advise them to review their car hire partner on Cyprus.

We rented a family car for a week and we couldn't be more satisfied. The car ran great, the ASTRA staff was friendly and eager to help us with any issue and all that for a great price. 5 star service without a doubt!

Horrible and dangerous!
I rent a car for 2 days with my wife at paphos. Astra gives us a car " kia picanto" that doesn't work, the wiper doesn't work and my wife almost died in a car accident because of that. and when I ask a repayment, they said me m'y wife is wrong!
so, if you hold tou your familie's life don't rent a car with this compagny. They just want money! I pay before to see the car and the woman was gone running after. It's not normal.
