I tried few car-rent companies in Brno and this has been best experience so far. Professional and reliable even at last time request when other company failed to provide requested car and keep promised terms. I was truly surprised by cost and quality of service even in time pressure of short notice. I must recommend this car-rent company to everybody.

My best experience in Brno so far.
The car was good. I went abroad with my family for 10 days, and had no issues at all.
I was able to organize everything using English via email.
The only problem I had was that I had to use my poor Czech while signing the documents, picking up and returning the car.

We hired a car for a week as part of family holiday at short notice from this firm. Although not quite the cheapest in Brno as their ads say, this family firm were a good deal cheaper than other expensive car hire places and the only ones to pick up the phone and sort something for us at short notice .
The car they provided (a KIA) although a bit dusty on handover, was excellent and turned out to be well suited to our needs. As typically in the Czech Republic there was a fair bit of paperwork at the start, but they were efficient, fair and decent in their dealings with us - far from the case with car hire firms or all Czech business. From our experience the company lives up to its name (Dobra autopujcova = Good Car Hire) and we would use them again.
We dealt with the company in Czech do do not know how easy it would have been through English. Worth trying though.
