Staff is OK but I've requested a car from group Mercedes A-Class, BMW and they gave me Octavia on basic level with comment that these cars are more requested by customers in this locality.
Please, confirm with the company what care they wanna give you before you pick some care there.

The staff were polite enough, however I reserved a "premium" small car, and was given a bargain basement Skoda station wagon that didn't even have a CD player. While the website did list the Skoda Octavia as part of this class (after the BMW, Audi, and Mercedes options), I expect at least a few amenities aside from 4 doors and a windshield for a "premium" car with a premium price. I'd recommend saving your money and getting the cheaper VW Golf, or just rent from somewhere else with better cars.

Very disappointing service!
I rented a van for one weekend with Sixt (the van did not have any Sixt logo on it, I believe that they got this van from somewhere else). After I returned the van, they charged me 120Euro for a missing sparing wheel that was located under the van (I did not even know that there was a sparing wheel located there). I fully believe that the sparing wheel was missing since the beginning, otherwise I don't see how I could have lost it. I exchanged many e-mails with Sixt regarding this but they kept on saying that it was fully my fault. I did not have a look under the van when I took it (who does look under the cars they rent anyway?...) and this cost me 120Euro for a mysterious missing sparing wheel :(
