Day trip from Prague with my mom. I didn’t really know what to expect from a Czech spa town, but if this experience was typical I would say it was fine, but not worth making a day trip out of it. It was an interesting experience: staff - friendly, but rigid; massage - good, not great; services (we had the mineral steam and oxygenation) - interesting, but I don’t think I would opt to have them again; ambience - clean, but definitely dated and lacking the luxury touches that I’ve come to expect from high-end spas in the US. At the front desk we were handed a plastic bag containing our robes and towels (no slippers), which weren’t particularly soft. There was an area where we could make ourselves tea, but no beverage service. The area with the pool where we waited to go to each of our services was filled with people and not particularly peaceful. During the massage the lights were very bright, instead of dimmed for relaxation, there were no relaxing aromas or sounds and there was a (security?) camera in the room. All in all, it was an interesting experience, but I don’t think I would recommend it to others.

Nice and clean place, lovely big warm swimming pool with whirlpool massage. Treatmens are very short and some are really useless, but we enjoyed the underwater massage and simply swimming in the pool. Staff at the reception could be much more friendly... feels like guests are not very welcome there :(

Vert fansy place. Mineral water pool. Luxury service. 1500 Kc for family of 2 for 2 h.

The stuff is arrogant especially lady in reception.
The overall impression is not hygienic despite the cleaning patches and appliances were all over the place. I saw cleaning lady all the time socializing with other stuff members.
When I had massage I had to watch dirty floor.
Not reccommending.

The water in the could be pool could be warmer at least body temperature.
When we were there they only had the pool open, no hot tub or other side activities besides the treatments.
But overall a good experience and it was worth the try.
