It is my second time coming here. So far, very satisfied with the service provided, including food served in royal restaurant and general cleaning. The hotel itself has a very nice atmosphere, great interior design, big and well lit rooms.

5 hvězd ani náhodou perzonál hnus jídlo hnus perzonál namyšlený vím teda na co :D prostě hnus hnus hnus na place žadná mladá servírka no do ř hvězd hodne daleko

not impressed at all ... this is not a 5 star service in a 5 star hotel ... the hotel itself is beautiful & really impressive but at the coffee shop the cappuccino by far the worst I have ever had, filthy plate and cup, service staff with dirty hands & nails !!

Prisla som.do Marianskych lazni .Hotel Nove lazne ktore boli ohodnotene 5 *.Ked som zbadala prostredie a citila vzduch stuchliny pochopila som.preco ma hotel klimu.Izba pokoj mal spinavy zaves .a ma- le.priestory ... aspon ze kaviaren svojimi zakuskami a personalom mi pomohli.zabudnut na to co som videla.Nie vsetko co.vidiet je.take.ako sa zda'.
