Very happy with our experience dealing with Renorent. Our flight was re-routed to another airport. Renorent went out of their way to make sure we had the hire car as promised, which meant a round trip for them and some very late night paperwork at their Olomouc office. Absolute stars! Would definitely recommend them and will be using their services again.

We had a great experience with this company! Thomas was so helpful and, lucky for us, speaks very good English. Very accommodating and provided us just what we needed on short notice. Highly recommend!
