I was there for four nights in the Oasis (female only) room. Bad experience with the staff. As soon as I started to check in, the man behind the counter spoke condescendingly to me and the woman swore right in front of me too. This is within my first five minutes inside this establishment. Following that, someone else had already occupied the bed I was allotted so I spoke to the same woman who assured me she would assign me another bed for my stay. Alas, the next day when I got back from traveling late at night, someone else had occupied that bed too. When I went to the counter, they told me that my assigned bed hadn’t been changed by the woman so there was a mix up. I had to change beds again.
Furthermore, two of the nights, there were extremely loud parties and sometimes girls (who may have drunk too much) made a lot of noise late into the night(3am).
Also, the last night my room card stopped working for which I again had to speak to the personnel at the counter.
Pros - good location.
The common room is good for a party scene.
Most of the girls were really nice.
Clean.
Great price.

The best hotel! Beautiful rooms and outside area. Close to city centre, old town. Very good pub down with the best beer. Will come again with pleasure!

Lively hotel in a good location. Was really surprised by the high quality of the rooms. Breakfast was a good selection of items and nice coffee. Although it could be loud in the bar area, it was silent in my room.

I love this hostel! I was in an 8 person mixef room with an ensuite bathroom. Staff was informative and accommodating to my needs. I was a little scared about it being a party hostel but it was perfect! My room was right in front of the entrance on the first floor but I still slept like a baby! It's good for people traveling alone or with another person. I wish all hostels were as clean as this one....the bathrooms were amazing! I will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely designed place for everyone! From students to have parties to just married couple enjoying a honeymoon ! We had a 4 night stay in this charming place, designed rooms, ecologic and fun gadgets. Staff is always welcomming and very helpful. The location is perfect, allowing to go to old town or city center in a 10 minutes walk, you can even rent a bike or book a shuttle to the airport. Subway very close, shops, restaurants and groceries in the nearby. We had a perfect stay at Mosaic House, We fully enjoyed the city thanks to them !
