The hotel was very clean, staff very polite and helpful. Room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was goid with plenty of choice. Location was perfect as it was right by a metro station.

Lovely hotel! I felt spoilt here. Food is lovely, staff are polite and helpful and also like ninjas - the place was spotless and i never saw any of them cleaning. Really clean tiles and grout even down the corners. Just lovely. 6 subway stops from Charles bridge.

The hotel is quite old and far from center. The staff was not always friendly. The breakfast is good.

Great choice for the price. Perfect for business travelers.
Good location to visit city center.
A lot conference rooms makes usual place for business meetings
Parking for 20Euro per day, not the best solution

The hotel isn't really near much. The are buses trams and the Metro just outside. The room is small with not much room to manoeuvre. We had one room with 4 single beds. The bathroom was good and the room had a very small mini bar. The breakfast was good with a big range. The bar was nice with a limited range of food though.
