Completely disappointed. Awful personal.

I bought a 6 month ticket. At the reception I was told that I have to pay only for 5 months and the 6th one is for free. SIX MONTSH LATER they tell me that it was a mistake and I have to pay. I come to the reception and they tell me not to pay and everything is fine. 2 days later they start calling me while I am abroad and demand the payment. What the hell??? How on earth do you operate and communicate?

Will not come back ever again. And by the way tell 100k of my subscribers not to do so, too.
