Of all the gyms/studios in Prague I've visited, Ladies fit club is my favorite. The environment is friendly and international, the gym is modern and well-kept and the prices are fair for what you get (high quality instruction by instructors who know their stuff). Plus, they do fun stuff like outdoor TRX and AcroYoga workshops. And there no silly contract required like many other gyms in Prague. Ladies gets my two (pink) thumbs up!
