Capua restaurant

Half of the staff reacted to hearing English with a deer-in-the-headlights stare, the other half was rude. With only one other couple waiting for their order, we waited over 30 minutes for a greasy plate of disappointment. The staff demanding a tip while presenting us with the check didn't help.

Food is tasty, but horrible service, repeatedly. Waiting time quite long, very arrogant when refused to pay something we did not ordered (nor received), even more arrogant when refused to tip after that. Food quality does not exceed the service.

STAY AWAY from this restaurant. the staff are rude, the manager will not allow two tables to be put together,. we sat outside and when we had shower of rain, we were told we had to go inside because THE manager did not want to get his canopy wet. we paid our drinks bill and left before ordering food. what an awful way to treat customers. i have come to the decision that they don't want tourist in their restaurant.
i will come to Prague again. BUT NOT THIS PLACE

so we walked 100 yards down the road to the Chinese. where we were
greeted by very nice young girl. the food was superb, service 5 star. free tea or coffee after the meal, this we declined so she brought us a liquer instead. wonderful restaurant.

Were there with 2 kids. The restaurant was empty. However we were not allowed to move 2 tables together to sit near the window. They have no kids menu. No rice, or fries as sides. No home made drinks, only bottled. While we were browsing menu the waitress brought dinner bread with butter. Bread was 2 days old. Staff was unfriendly. Left without ordering, only paid for water (66 czk)
