If you rent the car here, make sure that you document all the scratches before to take the car: take detailed photos, get very precise even on the smallest scratches - otherwise these guys will make a very good business for charging damage.

I was charged 3000 kr for painting after breaking a rear reflector when parking.
When I complained about paying for what I wasn't responsible for, after numerous frustrating emails, they admitted that they were charging me for painting "because it was time to do so" (accumulations of minor damage over time).
I complained again, they said that we weren't going to agree on the matter and that was it. They made me pay, and it was too late to block the transfer at the bank by then.
Rude and dishonest.

Long queue. Car was given away because we did not manage to pick it up within 1h of the original appointment.
