Got letter from Mondux saying that my car got to the accident.
I called them and told that my car have never been to the accident...
Asked to send more information on accident (date, time, place, photos)
They promised to get back later.
After 1 month, still no reply - wrote them again. Still nothing
6 month later - Mondux send me bill to pay for accident coverage.
Worst customer experience EVER!

very unhappy service,, Christian Linde Coverage comprehensive car insurance in the event of glass to provide information that insurance will cover the loss,, after glass replacement, got the bill, asked why lied to avoid answering why,, then this Casco? and perhaps only this company can only earn money,,,, be careful !!!

Jeg har aldrig oplevet så dårlig kundeservice i hele mit liv, i det medarbejderen går efter at tage røven på kunden!
