Both yoga, tantra and meditation courses are rich in theory and practice. You really get to understand why the techniques are working.

Best yoga school! I have tried ashtanga yoga, Buddhist meditation ect. before joining Natha 16 years ago. This is school that is best for me!

We went there on valentinesday and we had an amazing experience of so called "angelsircle" and a bit meditation + everyone learned tango within 30 min. (There was like 50 people there) so i loved it.
