I did get helpful assistence in the end, however before that it seemed like the person I was talking to simply didn't care. I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I had to write something.
I was picking up a prescription for my wife and I came to the cashier and it just so happened that the prescription wasn't online yet even though she had gone to the doctor yesterday. So I said thank you and went to the side to contact her about the problem. I then thought I might know how to fix it and went to the cashier saying: "sorry? I have a question." Which was met with...nothing. not even the remotest response. Not even a "you need to get a new number, sir" just nothing. I asked a couple of times and the cashier even walked past me and I asked and she completely ignored me. All the other cashiers didn't pay attentiom either and I was the only one there!
Then I decided to get a new number and try again. Thankfully I was assigned to a different counter where the cashier did end up helping me.
