I just had the best soup I have ever tasted at Cafe Victor. I highly recommend the mushroom soup. Quality and ambience this place has it all.

Food ok, sometimes good sometimes just ok, most staff professional but system is too much based on tips. Do I go there again? Yes.

Cafe Victor employs the most incompetent, rude and self indulged bar staff. The service is slow and the drinks are sub par. Having travelled globally and visited many bars, this place has to rank as one of the worst I've experienced. You can find other good options in the neighbourhood unless you get a kick out watching local men flash their cheap Submariner Rolexes or like watching middle aged women on the hunt for their next sugar daddy.
