This company needs so many improvements. Their customer service is weak and their cars have many problems. They rented me a car that had issues. I went to the office at Lope de Vega to change the car and the employees made me wait to fix the car. They couldn't fix it so they decided to give me another car.
The second car was even worse than the first one. Then I came back to change the second car and the lady who attended me was only worried about how much gasoline this car had in the tank.
The Punta Cana's manager was considerate with all the issues that I had and gave me a nice treatment. I'm giving 2 stars just because of this manager, otherwise they would've got zero.
