I stayed in this hotel and I had a good experience. Receptionists and other staff were always very, very nice and helpfull. you find there all you need. Bathroom was always clean. If you came by car and want to leave after 8.00 am, ask receptionist day before to buy you a ticket in the morning and thank especially Jonathan Qualley reception manager if you go to stay ask for him he is a nice person thank for everything Jonathan again.

It is one of best team l know
Several time ordered room service and the food was great. At once a camarero name Reynaldo serve me and was very pleasant and polite

Excellent hotel in heart of city. Staff went the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. Amazing views from room.

Good hotel with very friendly staff, in a great location. Fausto and Jhonelys were very helpful at the reception area. The hotel property is on the older side, but is kept well. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of healthy and traditional food. The health center and the swimming pool are also ok. Great location too for a run by the sea side.

Great Hotel with excellent grounds, superb customer service, clean and modern rooms. Has nice pool grounds with an excellent set up. Food is well prepared and reasonably priced. I stay at this Sheraton every time I visit the island. Rates are affordable and worth it. Secure location with a dedicated staff.
