It is a nice Hotel with direct access to the Sea (which not all Hotels on the Cornish have). Very friendly staff. big rooms. Breakfast could be improved. But in general OK.

It's OK but missing a lot of stuff
Trained staff specially in the restaurant
Bed covers and sheets need renovation.
House keeping are not professional
As a whole judgment it is OK for its price

Very Good location in middle of Alex, Very good view. Average quality as a 5 stars hotel.
