Fabulous hotel. We are a young family, myself, my wife and 3 year old daughter. The service was great, amazing food, room immaculate and we had a great time. Great location too. Definitely will be staying again. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

It's INSIDE the mall. They claimed there is no way to enter the hotel without going through the mall.... yet when we left they walked us to the curbside.... why that wasn't offered in the first place is beyond me. The parking is a joke. Very difficult and after we parked and went to the hotel they said the car had to be moved again.

The hotel is "nice" in a superficial way. The restaurant literally didn't have over half the menu items and even with the few remaining items still managed to screw it up.
The chairs have no support, and the "booth" style seating is so far from the table it's useless. The room is nice, but there is no water pressure, and the shower goes from hot to very cold and back again the entire time.
The elevator is strangely slow.... very slow!
If you have more than one small carry-on size luggage it's very difficult as there is no curbside unloading and your things are walked through the mall.

I know Ayman H. from Hyatt Recency Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh.
He was very nice and I appreciated his good service and his good communication with the guests.

If you are looking for elegance, class and a first class service whilst being conveniently situated near the airport etc this hotel will not disappoint. I have stayed in boutique hotels across the world and coming from London my standards are high. This hotel exceeded my expectations and was exactly what was advertised in the photographs. fantastic
