Trained here ( Only weights ) while staying in Cairo. Very cheap to use this gym and does have what you need to the the job done. It is very messy and dirty but that's Cairo in a nut shell.

Great gym with profissional personal trainers. A bit costy but the machines there are worth that money! From 7AM to 12AM 7 days.
